Some time ago, we dined at a very popular and well- established Ramen restaurant in Tokyo where we had a delightful one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

The thickness of the noodles paired with the pork bone & back fat infused broth topped with a generous portion of bean sprouts and thick cut pork left an everlasting impression on us.

The ramen dishes served at this establishment inspired us to create a heavenly new ramen experience for our Los Angeles who enjoy a hearty meal.

Hence, Tsujita Annex was born.

Our signature dish is TSUKEMEN
Enjoy Tsukemen Tokyo Style in 3 stages.

  • Being by dipping the noodles into the accompanied Tsukemen soup until you have enjoyed around 1/3 of the noodles.
  • Please squeeze the lime juice over the noodles at the timing you like.
  • After the noodles are finished, you can still enjoy Tsukemen soup by pouring some additional SOUP WARI.
The taste changes dramatically with each stage,Tsujita Tsukemen style is the best. We can add SOUP WARI to your Tsukemen soup for free after you finish eating the noodles.
We slowly simmered the tonkotsu for 60 hours then add the seafood for sweetness and thick tastiness. We can add SOUP WARI to your Tsukemen soup for free.
